We do not accept, and will not tolerate, any communications or Content that violate our Blocked Content Policy.ContentYou are fully responsible for any input you provide and any output you receive. Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content”.Your Content must not be insulting, threatening, or hateful towards any person and must fully comply with these Guidelines and applicable law.You are responsible for all harm that may result from your Content.Your Content must comply with all laws in the countries from which it is posted or where our service is accessed.Moderation and MonitoringWe use robust trust and safety systems to protect users and maintain the integrity of our AI models. Conversations or outputs flagged as potential violations may be reviewed, and we may take action up to and including account termination.We may monitor communications for quality assurance and service improvement.Expected Behaviours and ConductYou are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use our Services to:Breach any local, national, or international law or regulationHarm or attempt to harm any individuals, including minorsProbe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or networkBreach or circumvent security protocolsAccess or tamper with unauthorised areas of the ServicesSend viruses, spam, flooding, or harmful programsCreate accounts using unauthorised methodsSend unsolicited communications or advertisementsProvide inaccurate or misleading account informationBypass storage limitsAdvocate, promote, or assist in any unlawful or criminal activityCreate, publish, or share images resembling real persons without authorisationShare content involving child exploitation, illegal pornography, or underage individualsEngage in or request sexually explicit content, erotic roleplay, romantic/sexual interactions, nudity, or any form of NSFW materialShare content advocating extreme violence or terrorismAttempt to circumvent moderation controls or “jailbreak” the ServicesEncourage hatred or violence based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristicsInfringe any intellectual property rightsInfringe on the privacy or rights of othersFrame, embed, or mirror any Content from our site without prior written consentThreaten, abuse, harass, or annoy any personImpersonate any person or misrepresent your identityDepending on your jurisdiction, you may be required to label AI-generated content as such.
